Vladislav Bedlinskyy em Infantis e Daniela Miranda em Juvenis venceram a 3ª Prova do Campeonato do Algarve de Vela Ligeira 2013/2014, garantindo dois primeiros lugares para a Associação Naval do Guadiana no evento disputado em Vilamoura, neste fim-de-semana 22 e 23 de Fevereiro, organizado pelo Clube Internacional da Marina de Vilamoura (CIMAV).
O jovem Vladislav Bedlinskyy obteve um resultado notável ao conseguir duas vitórias e dois segundos lugares nas cinco regatas disputadas nesta prova. O velejador da ANGuadiana quebrou o domínio de Beatriz Cintra, do Clube Naval de Portimão, que venceu as duas primeiras provas deste campeonato. Em Vilamoura, Beatriz Cintra foi segunda classificada Infantis, a dois pontos do vencedor. A velejadora de Portimão entrou bem na prova, vencendo as duas primeiras regatas, mas não esteve tão bem, sobretudo, na terceira e na última regata, o que lhe terá custado a vitória.

Em Juvenis, categoria na qual a Associação Naval do Guadiana tem obtido bons resultados neste campeonato, sobretudo através de Tomás Guerreiro (2º na primeira prova e 1º na segunda), Daniela Miranda garantiu a vitória e manteve o bom registo da ANGuadiana, compensando o inesperado 11º lugar de Tomás Guerreiro.
Destaque ainda em Vilamoura para Pedro Costa (Clube de Vela de Lagos) em Laser Radial e para Gustavo Calado (Grupo Naval de Olhão) em Laser 4.7, que vencerem 3 das 5 regatas disputadas nas respectivas classes. Pedro Costa mantém o pleno com 3 vitórias em 3 provas deste campeonato em Laser Radial e Gustavo Calado obteve em Vilamoura a sua segunda vitória consecutiva em Laser 4.7.
A vitória mais expressiva nesta 3ª Prova do Campeonato do Algarve de Vela Ligeira 2013/2014 foi alcançada pela dupla Rodolfo Pires & Álvaro Leite (Iate Clube Marina de Portimão), que venceu 4 das 5 regatas disputadas em Laser 420, mostrando um absoluto domínio nesta classe pré-olímpica em Viamoura.
A 4ª Prova do Campeonato do Algarve de Vela Ligeira 2013/2014 está marcada para os dias 29 e 30 de Março, em Tavira.

‘ANGUADIANA DOES WELL IN TAVIRA
Vladislav Bedlinskyy in the age group ‘Infantis’ and Daniela Miranda in ‘Juvenis’ won the 3rd Event of the Algarve Dinghy Sailing Championship 2013/2014, ensuring two top spots for the ‘Associação Naval do Guadiana’ at the event held in Vilamoura, this weekend 22nd and 23rd February, organized by the International Club of Vilamoura Marina – ‘Clube Internacional da Marina de Vilamoura’ (CIMAV).
The young Vladislav Bedlinskyy achieved a remarkable result in getting two wins and two second places in the five regattas contested in this event. The sailor representing ANGuadiana broke the dominance of Beatriz Cintra, from the ‘Clube Naval de Portimão’, who had won the first two events of this championship in the age group ‘Infantis’. In Vilamoura, Beatriz Cintra was runner-up, two points behind the winner. The sailor from Portimão started well, winning the first two regattas, but did not so well afterwards, especially in the third and in the final regattas, which eventually cost her the victory.
In ‘Juvenis’, the age group in which the Naval Association of the Guadiana – ‘Associação Naval do Guadiana’ has been most successful in this championship, especially through Tomás Guerreiro ( runner up in the first event and wiiner in the second event) , Daniela Miranda secured the win and kept the good record for ANGuadiana, compensating for the unexpected11th place for Tomás Guerreiro .
Highlights in Vilamoura for Pedro Costa (‘Clube de Vela de Lagos’) in Laser Radial and for Gustavo Calado (‘Grupo Naval de Olhão) in Laser 4.7 for winning 3 of the 5 regattas contested in their respective classes. The most impressive victory in this 3rd Event of the Algarve Dinghy Sailing Championship 2013/2014 was achieved by double Rodolfo Pires & Álvaro Leite , who won 4 of the 5 regattas in Laser 420 , showing an absolute rule in this pre-Olympic class in Viamoura .
The 4th Event of the Algarve Dinghy Sailing Championship 2013/2014 is scheduled for the 29th and 30th March in Tavira.
