Surf – Circuito do Algarve 2013
CALENDÁRIO DEFINIDO

O Circuito de Surf do Algarve 2013 já tem calendário definido, seguindo um alinhamento semelhante ao do ano passado. O circuito começou em Fevereiro, na Praia de Faro, e a próxima etapa está marcada para a Cordoama, nos dias 25 e 26 de Maio, e constitui a novidade no calendário. O circuito mantém o patrocínio da Ericeira Surf+Skate Shop e reúne os apoios de diversas marcas e autarquias.

O Four Oceans 13 marcou o arranque do Circuito de Surf do Algarve deste ano na Praia de Faro, nos dias 16 e 17 de Fevereiro. O campeão Open 2012, Miguel Mouzinho, estava inscrito mas não compareceu. A primeira etapa foi ganha por Francisco Canelas na categoria Open.

Francisco Duarte e Guilherme Ribeiro – campeões 2012 – confirmaram o favoritismo, com o primeiro a vencer em Sub-16 e o segundo a vencer em Sub-12 e Sub-14. Nádia Reis venceu na categoria Feminino e Luís Esteves triunfou no Longboard, categoria que contou com um elenco de luxo na Praia de Faro. (ver reportagem completa no link abaixo)

O Circuito de Surf do Algarve 2013 ‘volta à água’ nos dias 25 e 26 de Maio, na Praia da Cordoama, uma novidade relativamente ao calendário do ano passado. A terceira etapa deste ano vai decorrer na Praia do Amado, nos dias 6 e 7 de Julho. Quarteira recebe a quarta etapa, nos dias 9 e 10 de Novembro e o circuito termina, tal como em 2012, na Praia da Rocha, nos dias 21 e 22 de Dezembro.

Surf – Algarve Tour 2013
NEXT STOP CORDOAMA
 

The Algarve Surf Tour 2013 already has a complete timetable, following an alignment similar to last year. The tour has began in February in Praia de Faro, and the next stop is scheduled for Cordoama, on 25th and 26th May. The tour maintains the sponsorship of Ericeira Surf + Skate Shop and gathers the support of various brands and municipalities.

The Four Oceans 13 event marked the start of this year Algarve Surf Tour at Praia de Faro, on 16th and 17th February. The 2012 Open champion, Miguel Mouzinho was enrolled but did not attend. This year Stop 1 was won by Francisco Canelas in the Open category.

Francisco Duarte and Guilherme Ribeiro – Champions 2012 – confirmed their favoritism, with the first winning in the ahe group Under-16 and the second in Under-12 and Under-14. Nádia Reis won in Female and Luis Esteves triumphed in the Longboard category that featured an all-star cast in ‘Praia de Faro’. The Algarve Surf Tour 2013 will be ‘back on water‘ on the 25th and 26th May in ‘Praia da Cordoama’, a novelty for this year calendar. Stop 3 of this year tour will be held in ‘Praia do Amado‘, on 6th and 7th July. Quarteira will receive Stop 4 on the 9th and 10th of November and the tour will conclude, as in 2012, in ‘Praia da Rocha’, on 21st and 22nd December.
